Guidelines for Joint Calls for Collaborative Projects
Project Description
To further promote international cooperation, the Hungarian Innovation Center looks forward to jointly proposing projects (not limited to Hungary) with you to find Chinese partners and eventually reach cooperation between enterprises or individuals. Based on the project leaders, eligible persons can bring their existing or ongoing research projects to participate in the cooperation recommendation. The Hungarian Innovation Center will provide financial support for eligible cooperation projects.
Project Solicitation Scope and Conditions
- Projects led by individuals, applicants must hold a Ph.D. degree.
- Focus areas: New materials, smart manufacturing, ICT, biopharmaceuticals.
- Types of projects: Individual research directions (for university researchers); innovative projects (for universities or companies); or mature projects (for companies to explore partnerships).
- After approval, collaboration with Chinese companies is possible for further discussions on cooperation (such as technology transfer, joint research, market expansion).
Project Process
The application deadline is the 15th of February; after that, the selection process will begin, and at the end of June, the result will be published. If the project is supported, the Hungarian Innovation Center will reward the applicant with 1,000 Euros.
After a successful match, the Hungarian Innovation Center will help to facilitate the follow-up of the cooperation project, including the type of cooperation, the distribution of the benefits of the cooperation, etc.
